Just a few of our guests while living inside Grand Teton National park, last one was our backyard, the others just down the road. That pic is hilarious! Does your dad live in the country?

We had a mama bear and three cubs in the trees in front of out house the other week lol. Yeah, me and my parents all live in the country. I remember y'all lived at Grand Teton. It's one of my favorite places. I've visited twice. Must have been cool to live there

That is too cool! I’d be sitting there nature watching all day and taking pics. Oh wow I’m glad you got to see it, most people haven’t heard of it and to be honest, I hadn’t until I found the job posting and had chad apply. It was amazing for 2 years but I know I can’t live in winter/snow for 9 months out of the year now.

These are pics from my trip there in 95. Some friends called and asked if I wanted to go with them the next day on a trip out west. They had everything paid for but their son backed out at the last minute, so I took his place. Was so awesome. The pics were all taken one evening when we found this random unmarked trail near the amphitheater through some pine woods and we suddenly came out on the rock beach in Jaskson Lake with the son setting over the mountains. You prolly know the place. It's the most surreal and beautiful thing I've ever seen. We went back there on our honeymoon in 2000 and I looked and looked and finally found the trail and got to see it again. On the first trip we did a back country horseback ride which was awesome. Yellowstone gets so much attention, but IMO Grand Teton is far more beautiful

And yeah that’s my pic. That’s awesome you got to do that! So much fun. Saving for a trip right now to who knows where a surprise next year. I’m so lucky because most of my life has been spent traveling and living in different places. And I never want to stop. Those are awesome pics and experiences that you have had, treasure them always. Yellowstone is cool but not anywhere near as majestic as Grand Teton. I have pics from my bedroom window and living room and it’s multi million dollar views. Amazing.
