Elk is very good, but moose is even better! Too bad, they have neither here in Alabama :( I worked all over Wyoming when I was younger :)

It was too cold for us but was an incredible opportunity and experience. We got to live inside grand Teton National Park. So a moose walking by our house was normal. Bears everywhere. Amazing.
Haha Yeah, It's cold! Where it always snows sideways, and it blows around like sand, and you learn what a frost heave is Lmao :) I loved it out there, but I was a young man then :)
