Do what? The image and link thing?
That's easy… just paste the full image url into a comment box and reload the page to see it transformed into a "(click to show)" link. Works with all image formats here (assuming the pic itself is hosted at imgflip)

So:

1. click "show embed codes"
2. copy the Image HTML
3. remove everything but the image URL – https://i.imgflip.com/….jpg
4. Paste that in the comment box just like the rest of your text.
5. Post and reload page.
