Yep. It's from a show called Inside Nature's Giants and towards the end of the crocodile episode.

If you look at the stomach of the deer as she's being flung, you can see the fetus slide out into the air over the croc and as he's flinging the mom around bats the baby away causing it to unfold from teh fetal position and Superman fly away.

Nature gives zero f**ks. :{O
