I don't know, but if you drop a link on a person's meme or gif, they can upvote it, and comment, it helps the image to get featured faster, When I do gifs I show rpc1, because I know him personally. If you don't submit an image and you link me, and I upvote and comment, no one won't see the comment I've made on your image, but if you submit it, the comment will show on a profile. If you have a meme that's taking long to get featured, you can put a link on any of my gifs. :) As users are accusing of having alts, I could barely keep up with this profile, I don't need anymore.
