If you can't see it animating, right-click, and select Download Image. Then open it locally. You should see the animation in that case. HOWEVER, if everyone who has upvoted this image, actually just saw a blank white frame - KUDOS!! I've always thought about uploading a blank meme, or a gif with only blank frames...
