Okay.... I have so many questions. They own a backboard meaning they have some medical background. The patient doesn't look secured right in the first place, do they have any medical background. If they do, how are they so f**king stupid? Next, this guy has a supposed trauma patient on his open truck bed, how does that possibly call for the speedy take off? Lastly, as pointed out before WHERE THE F**K IS THE AMBULANCE????
