Fall of Ironwall (WIP) | FALL OF IRONWALL; On mountains high, we built our home
A fortress broad of iron and stone
Built against the Orcish might
With towers strong and great of height

Under the wall, a hall was mined
Not by design, the two aligned
The eastern wall pressed down upon
The ceiling having pillars forgone

When in the hall, a Low-Dwarf feast
With mining then, the hall increased
And Ironwall, their ceiling crumbled
And filled the Low-Dwarf hall with rubble

The iron wall upon the east
Collapsed, and then the guards deceased
The stone and iron tumbled down
And crushed the Low-Dwarves underground

The High-Dwarf sentinels opined
The Low-Dwarf lords met in the mines
The High-Dwarves called for bloody war
The Low-Dwarves swore their blood to pour

The High-Dwarves listened to the sound
Of pick and sledge upon the rock
And dug, their passage-way to block

When met the Dwarf-hosts in the mine
In shield-wall, they did combine

Of swarthy red their banner, proud
Their men with axes all endowed
