There is no guarantee they will succeed. Without a wall, the chance of success is much higher.

Well then they will fail more, and that's more scum of the face of the earth.

Ocean is more dangerous than open land. They will be deterred from human trafficking if they have to go across a ocean.

That's why you man the wall... I don't see what is so hard. It will help prevent it, not stop it entirely. And port of entry is much harder to get by than OPEN LAND.
