Just want to clarify in case anyone doesn't realize it, which is understandable because context is not easy to fully comprehend via electronic communications, BUT.............this is sarcasm, and poking fun at those who say people are just looking for handouts and welfare. What they fail to see is many welfare recipients have children that need to be taken care of. Yes, some people take advantage of the system, but many people truly do need these programs, else their children suffer.
