I can’t tell if President Trump is giving him a taste of his own “eternal handshake” or if Macron is visibly upset that the President wants his hand back. I have watched it both ways and I can’t make up my mind.

Nothing like a good incentive program.

They can’t even decide amongst themselves what they are doing. One says it’s impossible for them to forget the world. The other says they are dropping the world into the trash bin. They don’t even know what to say.
