yes sadly some games especialy MMORPGs dont support native linux also yes i own an linux pc but my main one is windows cause i am trying to make an game and want the same expirence as 99% of my users also until there are pcs with linux preinstlalled i think were out of luck but u know what is even more open source? FreeBSD, sony made OrbisOS based on it and didnt have to share an single code file
yes open source is amazing but sometimes the options are limited for example take an look at ReactOS and windows and you see that yes, you can replace windows with an compatible alternative but there features it lacks altough linux is an better alternative it has less games then widnows
