We got hit hard here in NY with international travel and conflicting mask protocols. We turned it around with masks and distancing, no magic there, just science. We had the numbers of sick and dying patients hanging over our heads everyday. Sadly without that crisis in other states people are conned into believing it's not real and precautions aren't necessary.
Unfortunately, if those people don't want to learn from our experience, they, and everyone around them will have to learn the hard way. I hope they learn quickly.
