"actually", not "literally" in fun

Am I wrong about this? (English is my second language)

Which one is better/correct?
A: "I literally watched that episode yesterday".
B: "I actually watched that episode yesterday".

Some Google-searches:
1: I was so excited I actually peed my pants (Ca. 6.130.000 hits)
2: I was so excited I literally peed my pants (Ca. 12.800.000 hits)

3: "I was so excited I actually peed my pants" (Ca. 6.130.000 hits)
4: "I was so excited I literally peed my pants" (2 hits)

5: I was so excited I "actually peed" my pants (Ca. 14.400 hits)
6: I was so excited I "literally peed" my pants (Ca. 18.200 hits)

People use "literally" where "actually" would be a better word.
