Don't care if cops tell people to exercise their rights. They're supposed to do that anyways.
In ANY free state if people try to "handle problems" themselves, cops call it "vigilante" work and will press charges if individuals are caught.
You are not the OP of the congress meme. You are the OP of the cringe cop meme telling people to clean up their neighborhoods. If citizens put on gear, grabbed their guns, and broke into a house to "arrest" a criminal, the cops would not be on their side. Therefore, your meme is fantastically stupid
The meme you posted is stupid for various reasons:
1. If people tried cleaning up their own neighborhood by breaking into child rapists homes and imprisoning them, the cops would arrest them. Cops don't want you cleaning up your own neighborhood.
2. Op made the point with this meme, but the point of that meme went over your head.
