Very sweet. But the owner is very obviously the one choosing to wait to allow them to eat until the turtle has reached its plate. The voice of the owner and the eye-gaze of two of the dogs on the camera (i.e. on her, the owner) reveals this very clearly. Disciplined dogs, though, i'll definitely give her that!
