This photo is laughable to me and exceptionally offensive to a Palestinian even if said Palestinian works with Jews, is employed by a Jew or has actual Jewish friends.

Let me take this apart for you. Almost for certain that the boy in the picture is not a Palestinian. The Palestinians as a matter of individual and group belief and practice are anti-normalization. A Palestinian who engages in activity that can be deemed "normalization" with the Zionist Entity is ostracized or worse.
There is no way a Palestinian would allow his child to be party to a photo like this.
Also, imagine the Palestinian reaction if the boy is a Jew and the little girl is an actual Palestinian.
