Please allow me to educate you... They did not receive the life of truth that they might be saved. (Because of Satan) and for that reason God will send strong delusion that they should believe a lie... The lie = satans deception not what God is stating.

What your leaving out is the verse before it where God addresses the lie which he talks about satans works... I'm not sure if you don't understand or you're dilibritly misleading people.
