Ok I just went to the desktop site, it's basically the same principle, just click "enable motion of text" and a list of instructions will pop up on how to use it
If you're on mobile then Firstly, go to a gif, scroll down click on this box saying "enabled motion of text" (shown in attached image) and a list of instructions should pop up under it
