Hakeem Jeffries is calling Jim Jordan "a clear and present danger" in the US House of Representatives right now. His objections are ideological. When terms like "clear and present danger", and "racist" are over used it diminishes the real meaning. Eventually, it becomes a joke to those whom you lavish such admonishments.
