I will use the minority influence perspective to change his mind by showing him different school social media platforms specifically Rutgers University's students comments and how they feel about this semester and see how stressed out students are and this is for schools all around the world. Due to the crisis with COVID-19 student struggle with the workload and transition to online learning. Students are forced to do ALL remote learning making it more difficult for students that prefer in class learning.
