Yeah, they're totally the same besides Fascists advocating for things like prison camps for people arrested without charges or a warrant, eliminating access to birth control, and defunding education, while anti-fascists are advocating for things like universal healthcare, free college education, police accountability when they abuse their power, and a higher minimum wage. Besides a long list of stuff like that, and the fact that fascists are also backed by a bunch of billionaires and a major political party and anti-fascists aren't. Besides those few dozen things and the fact that fascists want to be able to deny you access to healthcare that your doctor thinks you need, and anti-fascists think your medical care is something between you and your doctor. Besides all of that and the fact that antifascists do actually support and defend the survival of the constitutional republic while fascists are literally in the process of dismantling it right now... Sure, besides that and a few other dozen things, they're basically the same.
