If you would have read more than the current Bible, books as the book of Enoch etc… and I know by your comment you haven’t read a single word, you would have understood it wasn’t the behavior of humans alone. It were the fallen angels who were manipulating Gods DNA on people by cross splicing their DNA with humans(giants/nephilim) and animals(dinosaurs). And there were righteous people in those days and God made sure they didn't have to live through those days.

Same behavior of humans is happening today. “And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.”
