i’m a little confused here! what would he be standing trial for? i’m not sure there’s actual evidence of him doing anything! the reason he’s not standing trial isn’t because he’s “incompetent,” it’s because he didn’t do anything.
on the other hand, the man here in the image is now on trial for various felonies, including inciting an insurrection against the very country he (and the rest of you) claim to love so very much!
