Uncharted was rated T, it had worse language than Halo and uncharted involved killing human being instead of aliens. And Jackals lying in a pool of its own blood is no different from a ant swimming in bug guts. Plus it doesn't even look like real blood.

Nintendo did release a M rated game and feature it to super smash bros. Nintendo does make M rated games but they rarely do and don't advertise it. Plus, halo was also rated for violence and language in the game that never exist.
