guess how many times there has been an add-on to the original building??.....and a very large wooden deck,so by 1989,capacity had risen to at least 100,and the owner's father bought the land so long ago, he owns the beach, to within 10ft.of the waterline?? that means he can rope off the area & charge to gitt in~!!.....and that meant, more folks & bigger shows like; MEATLOAF,RICK SPRINGFIELD,EDGAR WINTER,RINGO'S ALL STARS,BILLY SQUIER,JOAN JETT & more....
