Unfortunately there's no "Download .mp4" on my side. How can I contact imgflip.com support to help me with?

There's no "Download .mp4" button on my side. Only "Download.gift" button

On my side there's no .mp4 option to download it. I'm in an Apple desktop.

I'm new here. How can I share you videos w/o having to copy the link? Or that's not allowed?
