I will say this. Charlie tried to have a conversation, but the radical left has shown that that is unfortunately not what they want. As a Christian, I look at these videos of people celebrating and can't help but feel that they would want nothing more than to put a bullet in my head because of my beliefs (because that's what they did to Charlie Kirk). Some part of me just feels that a conflict may have to happen if we want to see any real change (I'm not saying it should happen, but this is just my thought process). I'm not saying I'm going to go start a war by randomly shooting a liberal (because unprovoked, that would be wrong), but a civil war could just play out the way things are going. Like I said, this is just my train of thought. God bless
I don't care who you are, if you're black, white, brown, or green. Whether you're a Conservative or a Liberal, the MURDER (let's call it what it is) of an innocent man is not okay. Charlie loved discussions; he'd always give the Liberals a chance to speak, and they shot him for it!
Journey with me to Mars Hill in ancient Greece, where all of the great philosophers would debate. Imagine if a radical went and stabbed Socrates because he didn't like what he said. That would be unthinkable in those times, and it is still unthinkable today.
I'm not sure where we go from here, but I do know this. This is not the time for us to say stuff like "Oh, there's fault on both sides, Charlie brought this upon himself with his bigotry, we just gotta hold hands and sing Kum-Ba-Yah!" This is the time for action, not peace. Charlie Kirk brought peace; you gave him a bullet.
Ultimately, if we are able to turn back to God's word, we can get back to our roots, and truly be "One nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." May justice be given for Charlie Kirk and his family! God bless.
