no, my process for making these are kinda weird. i look up liminal places and pick one that i think would be home to strange creatures, then i make the general shape of the creature wiith a black airbrush. i then just added some reds and a few yellows too. But i understand your concern that this might be ai, ai images are getting harder to spot.
