i can't suspend him (AKA i don't know) and i don't wanna ban him this early. i thought you could suspend someone from a stream for a little while

and he also blocked me so he also can't see anything i tell him

so YOU as one of the moderators, and from me tell him next time he flags someone, or next time he starts getting aggressive we will be banning him from this stream
