Gladly:
-It's usually the day AFTER X-mas that I go out and celebrate with my buddies showing off and giving them THEIR presents! Followed by combined leftovers and a LOT of fighting games!
-As a kid it was another day I WASN'T at school and another day I get to play with my new toys/video games! Also, hanging out with friends and playing with them and their new toys (assuming they were in-town)
-Any presents you didn't like or already had - if possible you can return them and take advantage of the store's "post X-mas" sales!
-After a successful X-mas, I help clean up and take my ass to SLEEP. And stay there for most of the day...
-Day one of spending your X-mas money & gift cards!! BUYING MORE STUFF, YAY!!

And even on a "less than stellar year" its generally for me some form of relief that the rat-race is over and I can chill...
