No, it isn’t abusing its a punishment and a warning of not doing that thing you did wrong again.And also being abused is not joking so why would he post this here? Another thing is that being abused is being constantly hit for no reason and resulting in breaking bones or something but being spanked is another thing that only happens if you deserve it.
