Suicide rates are actually lower post-op (not "converted", the term is post-op) and is higher for trans people who aren't accepted by their communities then those who have support from their families

It's more his brain developed physically male but the body developed opposite (cuz those two parts overall develop at different times), he transitions through hormone therapy (maybe also top surgery in order to remove breasts depending if his body went through a natal sex puberty) and later bottom surgery changed his genitalia to a dick. All these male changes made him less dysphoric and now he is living happily.

Transmen are men, his gender identity is male even though he was assigned female at birth. He transitioned because he had gender dysphoria.
