An official EU reason for mass migration that has been mainstream at least here in Denmark since the early 2000s is that people from countries that have many babies will help the western populations' in birth rates decline (only Africa doesn't have a decline though). That has been debunked by official Danish mainstream research though, as that declines happens with migrants overall as well when they rise in standards.

So I can only gather that with mass migration, you avoid assimilation through the overwhelming effect, and can basically keep them poor and fruitful on the most stretched out welfare system in history.
Are you going for some headline instead of meaning? By allowing the endless migrant boats (which aren't being officially handled as conspiracy anymore) he's essentially importing Muslims just like Keir Starmer was officially doing - he wasn't supposed to make EU migrant deals after Brexit. The UK has even been caught transporting the illegals into the mainland just like Spain.

Macron himself isn't very exciting to me, just like UK's Labour Party, and the Democrats aren't either, but they're all entertaining to meme. Branches of the UN/EU aren't interesting since they lost most of their Nation-specific uniqueness back then. Us Europeans are more inclined to blame the EU, while the U.S has a conspiracy fetish about one state of Israel without ever looking at the institutions that run the entire continent of Europe.
I don't care that the connections are weird to you. The raw info explains what will happen even if no one's actively going for it, and the ones who facilitate it no matter their intent, need to be fought just the same. The winning parties of Europe's next elections are going to do this. The average historic Conservative parties are useless so they're just as unpopular in polls as the current Liberal leaders, but luckily I'm not a Conservative...

The Macron-part is more speculative, in that he's not different from any other European Liberal PM or establishment Democrat working on this. The cross-Nation uniformity that EU leaders have stressed for 20 years, got unmistakably visible in 2020, when Liberal "equality" was replaced by Marxist, illiberal "equity" (Diversity Equity and Inclusion). Not a single idea since then has been one of equality - only equity (a transformation Kamala Harris tried to explain in 2024), though they generally keep calling it 'equality'.
