Every department cut or shutdown that Doge advised (it didn't have the authority to decide. Employees mostly made a red checkmark next to it), has had basic services moved instead of cancelled, while ofc weeding out the extra. Some agencies worked as middlemen and weren't considered vital to the service.

It's about everyone making lots of money. Traditional old trade. It's not gifts, like the modern British way where they demand that you change your culture for UN tax money handouts, which also demoralizes their governments and stop them from representing their people (paraphrasing some African leaders).
Stability is the way for organic development, like how Vikings stopped being brute 'pirates' cos England's trade tradition became popular. That new tradition was detrimental to our future.
