additional stuff to mention, the skin would have a parasol and a hand fan with it too (both equipped by default, but when using the skate ability, it'd go away), and I was gonna have it be pink but I was trying to think of this bullshit in catalog avatar games, where the only pink-ish thing was the normal veeronica head, what i'm thinking is you could choose the color you like (blue, pink, beige, green, purple, white, or red)
btw this is a style originating from (I think) France in the 18th century, this is a version known as the "sackbag dress," i would have said the actual name but i dont know french, lol
