Maybe someone has a bad home life and isn’t able to change their appearance to their preferred identity. Maybe someone doesn’t want or need to change their appearance. Who are you to tell?

It's not accidental misgendering, that's excusable if you didn't know. It's repeated and targeted misgendering that's not okay
