I'm not a Trump hater. I just thought it was a funny word and it made me think of Clouseau. Note, I do not think Trump is "bumbling", "inept", or any of the things Clouseau was... it's just the word struck me funny.

I like Trump, and I'm glad the witch didn't win :)

Incorrigible means "...bad beyond correction or reform: willful; unruly; uncontrollable:" according to dictionary.com, and it sounds like "encouragable". :)
