Please share your wisdom with us, Mr. Matlock... which charges are "bogus" and what makes you think so?

I predict with a high degree of confidence that Orange Hitler will be convicted of Conspiracy to Defraud the U.S.; Obstruction of and Attempting to Obstruct an official proceeding; Conspiracy to Obstruct an official proceeding; and Conspiracy against rights. None of these charges is in any way "bogus," as you might have discovered had you simply conferred with Mr. Google, as I did!

Of course none of the charges has yet been proven beyond reasonable doubt... that's what trials are for!
