Mmm, I'll give you credit where it's due for the dental industry. I mean, historically speaking, Beans on Toast (now Dicks in Goats) isn't exactly renowned for having an effective dental program. But even then, their most modern technology would look antique, compared to what we had 200 years ago. The only foreigners I'll give credit to their innovation, are Asian, specifically Japanese and Korean.
You're probably right, experiences may vary. I'm just speaking from mine. And considering I work on people's houses for a living, I've presumably seen more of them than you have, and my god, almost all of them I've worked in would have made even Asmongold give them the side-eye.
The white population. You know, the same white population, in the same country, that was the first to land a human being on another celestial body and return them home safely.
I'm not saying that's always the case, but it is always how it starts. Not necessarily black specifically, because frankly, that's the second best case scenario when it comes to that. God help you if your neighborhood suddenly fills up with Indians, for example, the latter of which I strongly despise, because they are so unbelievably filthy and unhygienic, that I am not even convinced that the word "hygiene" in their language isn't a slur.
