It's based on the scene from Bladerunner but with the quirk about how text-generating Ai can't count the letters in a word. In the film the man is an android being tested to see if he's an android. If he's caught they'll kill him. One of the questions on the test is "Using single words tell me only the good things that come to mind when you think about your mother". He replies "Let me tell you about my mother" and immediately shoots the man testing him with a gun he has hidden under the table. So he wasn't actually about to tell him about his mother since he's an android and doesn't have one, just like in this parody he's not actually going to tell him anything about strawberries. It's just something he says as a distraction before trying to escape.
