This was actually me in this game and PHILFAH is my old gamer tag I made an account just for this and I've know about this image for years and just now decided to respond. This image was greatly taken out of context and when I searched my gamertag I laughed so hard when I seen this. The context is that in this game you can get food items and such, I believe it was called "vibe place" on roblox and it just was made sus because I was forcing this dude to eat a piece of pizza or something, lol
