No, Pony was just looking for a group at the start of the apocalypse and was clearly disgusted by the Silver Paw's actions, so he eventually left the group before you actually met him and Zizzy in Chapter 8.
Being in a group of criminals does not automatically mean you agree with their views or that you're evil by default. 🤦♂️
