Article 47 is supposed to provide people with a way of getting their case heard and a lawyer and all nations in the EU must have institutions that help with this. Sweden’s failed because most lawyers wouldn’t take the job at the reduced rate, those that did were inexperienced, and you only had that lawyer at the lower rate for a fixed 100 hours (even though stated otherwise). Other government agencies failed to fix the issue which now means Sweden has violated Article 47 as this does not provide an effective remedy for being broke and going to court against a billion dollar company.
