Unfortunately desirability is not a reason to deport people. Just like using a photoshopped picture should not be used to prove someone is in a gang. (Or images on their knuckles).
You could start with according to Trump. Then everyone would know what comes next is just crazy Trump and his ignorance about the constitution. Watch his latest interview. Listen to what Trump says about the constitution. He knows as much about the country as he knows about the Bible. When asked his favorite book of the Bible he responded he likes the whole thing. lol.
Garcia being deported is not even an issue. He never should have been deported. Trump has been told to return Garcia, period. I am sure the judges and courts that are making these rulings are doing so based off the law. In this country there is a process. There are laws that even a president has to follow. If you want to quote “facts” you have to actually have facts.
The only gotcha moment is when Trump got mad during his recent interview that the interviewer didn’t blindly agree with him. Trump was wrong. He was corrected. He does not like being corrected. Look for yourself exactly what Trump is referring to. One hint it has nothing to do with the images tattooed on his knuckles.
If Mr Garcia was here illegally there would not be an issue. If he were here illegally he could have have God Bless America on his knuckles. He could be deported without cause. Garcia is protected. Read up on Mr Garcias status and why the constitution is exactly why he should not just get deported for having a tattoo. According to the constitution the president can not deport anyone without evidence, due process. That is what makes us better than other countries.
