Maybe both of you just came up with the idea separately, with the exact same words on the exact same template, fine, whatever, but that doesn't mean you can just steal this person's meme without having asked for and received permission to repost their "dead" meme.
Cesco.frankienose clearly has a problem with you taking their idea, as is obvious from the title of theri meme, whether you did it intentionally or not.
In short, I don't CARE if you didn't know you were copying Cesco's meme, no matter how unlikely that is, but now that you definitely realize that you are, you should do the right thing and either:
A) Ask for permission
or B) Delete your meme and make something original for the world to enjoy
