As someone with powdered milk, I agree. Even though there are some downsides, it is hard to make breakfast because you need to mix the powdered milk. Some will say "why powdered milk if you can buy cartoned milk?". The answer for that is we live in a different region, and in my region is that we love powdered milk.
I get the idea. It means the toilet is for disabled people, elderly people, pregnant women and children. I've explained it so you don't have to. This should cure your retardation.
