This is from an awesome swedish science-fiction show called Vintergatan (The Milky Way), it aired as a summer break program in 2000 (5a) and 2001 (5b) and is still popular in Sweden. In this meme we see a dream scene where Peo is trying to save his wife Ulla from his insane boss, he blinds the fifun using a mirror (Fifuns are extremely sensitive to light) and the mutant smells it's fear and runs after it.
