Close, but not exactly. You are right about the target, though. Killer actually did not cut out his bad time eye. His bad time eye is different, though. It's no longer blue and yellow. It's now more of a dullish grey. You were half right on the black stuff. It is not blood. But it isn't HATE, either. It's actually DETERMINATION. Too much of it.
While none of these games suck, I do have to remind people that Fortnite's community can be quite awful, which is the main turnaway from it. The game in of itself isn't bad, but the community makes people hate it so much.
