The turbos make a "stututututu" sound and backfires make a sorta 'boom' sound. Tire marks make a loud screech and cars make roars and trembles. Mostly depends on the muffler (Exhaust)
The thing with the propeller is a turbocharger which pumps an amount on PSI spinning on waste gasses. The flames out of the exhaust is a backfire which usually happenes when not much fuel is being used or the vehicle is at max rpm, or the vehicle has shifted.
