I don't need an "argument", I have the experience of observable facts. We NYers have firsthand knowledge [w/in 1 degree of separation for me] of Individual 1's life of fraud, and buffoonery. Take comfort in knowing that you're not alone in falling for the scam. Money can buy a lot, and fool a lot of people, but this piteous manling has no real friends because at his core he loathes himself and is incapable of being a friend. I believe he'll slink off playing the victim before the year is over.

I have the love and respect of friends and no mental illness that'll ever get in the way of that. I wouldn't trade places, but understand that many people value shiny, empty things. I wish you great joy!
